1-PURCHASE PROCEDURE
Purchasing products on the Steel Models website is very simple. While viewing the products there is an "add" button. Once you have identified the product you are interested in, click on this button to add it to your cart.
Cart
On the right side of the screen you
will find the "cart summary". By clicking on the "check" button you
can check the list of items you have selected at any time. Inside
the cart, you can change the quantities of the items, or delete
anything added by mistake. You can continue shopping by consulting
the catalog and add further products. If you have to stop browsing
for any reason, when you connect again by logging in, you will be
able to continue from where you left off.
How to order
After having consulted the cart and checked its correct contents, you must fill in the box below the summary of the items (which we recommend you print and keep), indicating your name, choosing the carrier, the type of payment, inserting any notes such as instructions for delivery and then click on the send order button. You will now be able to view the complete order including transport costs (PROVISIONAL) and the destination of the goods.
N.B. : WE DO NOT ACCEPT TELEPHONE ORDERS
MINIMUM ORDER PLACED: €50 for material net of VAT, discounts and transport.
MINIMUM SUPPLY: €200 of material net of VAT, discounts and transport.

2- STATUS OF THE ORDER
Once you have entered your Userid and Password, in the "USERS ONLINE" area by clicking on orders, you can consult the orders you have entered at any time, checking their processing status by Steel.
MODIFICATION OF THE CONFIRMED ORDER
Once the customer has submitted the order, it will no longer be possible to request any changes.
3- PAYMENTS
BY CREDIT CARD/PAYPAL
WE ACCEPT VISA, MASTERCARD circuit
cards.
Once the invoice is ready, our administration
will send a link by email by clicking on which you will have direct
access to the secure payment page managed by the banking
circuit
To pay with PayPal, wait for our administration to send a copy of the invoice and PayPal money request to your email address.
WITH ADVANCE BANK TRANSFER
Always wait for the invoice to be sent before making the payment.
4-DELIVERY OF THE GOODS
RATES.
All shipments to shops will be made
via express courier, carriage paid. Shipping costs will be charged
on the invoice at cost. All shipments that we forward to our
customers are without insurance which can however be requested at
the same time as sending the order at an additional cost. If the
courier delivers packages showing possible damage, ACCEPT THE GOODS
SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION.
THE SHIPPING COST is calculate basing on weight/volume/destination address.
DELIVERY TIME.
Orders for products
indicated as available are processed on average within 2 working
days. From the moment the goods are collected by the couriers, a
delivery time varying from 3 to 5 working days for the
whole of Europe, with the exception of some smaller islands.

completing the economic transaction, and in automatic mode to
manage the sales service and any communications authorized by the
